At Alderox Inc., our goal is to eliminate workplace safety, health, and environmental accidents and incidents and to so train our employees that they adopt the same goal off the job. We desire to employ only those people who believe in safety as a core value, not just an attitude while at work.
When company employees or others visit a site for any reason, we expect responsible site personnel to review with them the site safety, health, and environmental policies and practices as they apply to them. In this regard, it must be understood that company representatives and visitors are not necessarily experts when it comes to recognizing pertinent risks, hazards, energy sources, etc. without the help of site personnel. Therefore, we expect that our employees and site representatives will spend adequate time together to review applicable safety, health, and environmental concerns before going into site areas. Along with discussing safety, health, and environmental concerns, we expect our employees to watch out for the safety and health of the people working with and around them and vice-versa. At Alderox Inc., we recognize that our visits to the site require that we follow all applicable good safety, health, and environmental practices.
It is our goal for all Alderox Inc. and site employees to perform safely every day and to return safely and in good health to their families each day. We expect our employees to make use of “Consequence Thinking” which, in the most simplistic way, means thinking ahead before acting, as most injuries or incidents happen when people are distracted or doing repetitious tasks and are not aware of changing conditions.
General Safety Practices
- Ensure that all site safety, health, and environmental rules which apply are reviewed and are understood.
- Ask mine representative(s) if all tasks you intend to perform conform with their safety, health, and environmental rules
- If uncomfortable with any task or situation, work with mine representatives to bring resolution agreeable to both parties.
- Promote safety in both actions and words

In order to qualify for an EcoLogoM Certification, the products were exhaustively tested to ensure they meet with the highest environmental standards put forth by Environment Canada
