Gordon Davies, President and Director

As President & Director since 1997, Gordon Davies brings a portfolio of expertise and experience with him to Alderox Inc. In 1991 to 1994, Mr. Davies began his career as an Accounts Executive for Innovative Environmental Services, Ltd., a company involved in the business of wastewater treatment equipment in Vancouver, British Columbia. During 1993, Mr. Davies held a Sales Manager position at Transenviro, Inc., an international supplier of wastewater treatment equipment and process design engineering in Irvine, California. Subsequently, from 1994 to 1996, Mr. Davies was the Sales/Marketing & Proposals Manager for Babcock King-Wilkinson, LP, a limited partnership involved in the business of wastewater treatment system process design/engineering and equipment supply operations on worldwide basis in Irvine, California. In 1996, Mr. Davies was the acting CEO for this company.

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Davies served as the President and as a Director of Aquadynamic Technologies Inc. He is also a Director for its wholly owned subsidiary, Aquatek, Inc., which is an engineering design house and supplier of computer-automated process and motor control systems for water and wastewater treatment systems. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Davies served as the General Manager of Wil-Flow, Inc., the sole supplier of a patented Rapid City Dewatering (“RGD”) wastewater sludge dewatering system. In his spare time, Mr. Davies can be found scuba-diving or on his sailboat with his wife and children.

Since 1997, and over the last several years, Mr. Davies has led his company into the global mining industry and has supervised Profile Mining Projects in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Australia. He continues to lead developing projects with mining giants including : Barrick Gold, RioTinto Mining, ArcelorMittal and others. Mr. Davies is an active member of the (SME) Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.

Michael Davies, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Michael Davies was appointed the important roles of Chief Executive Officer and Director for Alderox Inc. in 1997. From 1988 to 1991, Michael Davies served as the Owner/Manager of Fuel Oil Polishing Company, a company primarily involved in the sales, marketing and project management of fuel oils polishing within the Province of British Columbia, located in Vancouver, British Columbia. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Davies was an Accounts Executive with Innovative Environmental Services, Ltd., a company involved in the business of wastewater treatment equipment in Vancouver, British Columbia. From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Davies served as the Marketing Manager for Transenviro, Inc., an international supplier of wastewater treatment equipment and process design engineering in Irvine, California. In his free time, Mr. Davies enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.

Brian Creek, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Creek joined Alderox in September of 2008, after leaving FTI Consulting, Inc. where he was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance division. During the course of his 12-year career with FTI (and its predecessor entities, the FAS division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the BRS group of Price Waterhouse) he led project teams charged with reorganizing large-scale, multi-national corporations both in and out of court. In addition, Mr. Creek has advised several senior lender groups in workout situations on under- and non-performing loans. He specializes in cost-reduction initiatives, short-term cash management, capital raising, business valuations, and operational enhancements through the strategic use of technology. He has advised companies, bank groups and unsecured creditors’ committees in a variety of industries, including automotive, retail, grocery, mortgage, logistics, and chemicals, and ranging in size from $150M to $60B in revenues.

Mr. Creek holds an MBA magna cum laude from the University of Michigan (1996), and a BA cum laude from Claremont McKenna College (1989). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, and is a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor.

Now that he has joined Alderox, Mr. Creek is looking forward to finding out what he does in his spare time.

Nick Fagnano, Vice President, Business Development
Nick Fagnano

Nick Fagnano joined Alderox Inc. in 2002 as the Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for a variety of key operations within the company, including technical product development, corporate sales, and key accounts acquisition and management. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Fagnano has oversight responsibility for production and supply chain management and works with other senior managers to complete high profile and strategic business opportunities.

Mr. Fagnano attended the Stern School of Business at New York University and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he held leadership positions in both the active and reserve components. From his time in the Marine Corps, he gained relevant management experience that he applies to his current position at Alderox Inc. In his free time, Mr. Fagnano enjoys reading, attending church, and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Curtis D. Neumann, Regional Manager, Mining Operations
Curtis D. Neumann

For more than 12 years, Mr. Neumann supervised blasting, loading and production crews in underground coal mines at Anschutz Coal Corp, Mid Continent Coal and Coke and the GEX Colo. Roadside Mine. Mr. Neumann also has over 20 years in the mineral title and real estate settlement services industry with specializations in marketing, underwriting, commercial construction and mineral land title analysis. Prior to joining Alderox Inc., he served as President of the Real Estate Settlement Providers Council (RESPRO) Colorado Chapter in 2004.

Mr. Neumann is an active member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration and was recognized by the U.S.Bureau of Mines for his work at the GEX Colo. Roadside Mine.

Mr. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University and has continued post graduate pursuits at Colorado State University.

He enjoys golf, fly fishing and spending time with his wife, Diane and his daughter, Devon.
