Gordon Davies, President and Director

As President & Director since 1997, Gordon Davies brings a portfolio of expertise and experience with him to Alderox Inc. In 1991 to 1994, Mr. Davies began his career as an Accounts Executive for Innovative Environmental Services, Ltd., a company involved in the business of wastewater treatment equipment in Vancouver, British Columbia. During 1993, Mr. Davies held a Sales Manager position at Transenviro, Inc., an international supplier of wastewater treatment equipment and process design engineering in Irvine, California. Subsequently, from 1994 to 1996, Mr. Davies was the Sales/Marketing & Proposals Manager for Babcock King-Wilkinson, LP, a limited partnership involved in the business of wastewater treatment system process design/engineering and equipment supply operations on worldwide basis in Irvine, California. In 1996, Mr. Davies was the acting CEO for this company.

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Davies served as the President and as a Director of Aquadynamic Technologies Inc. He is also a Director for its wholly owned subsidiary, Aquatek, Inc., which is an engineering design house and supplier of computer-automated process and motor control systems for water and wastewater treatment systems. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Davies served as the General Manager of Wil-Flow, Inc., the sole supplier of a patented Rapid City Dewatering (“RGD”) wastewater sludge dewatering system. In his spare time, Mr. Davies can be found scuba-diving or on his sailboat with his wife and children.

Michael Davies, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Michael Davies was appointed the important roles of Chief Executive Officer and Director for Alderox Inc. in 1997. From 1988 to 1991, Michael Davies served as the Owner/Manager of Fuel Oil Polishing Company, a company primarily involved in the sales, marketing and project management of fuel oils polishing within the Province of British Columbia, located in Vancouver, British Columbia. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Davies was an Accounts Executive with Innovative Environmental Services, Ltd., a company involved in the business of wastewater treatment equipment in Vancouver, British Columbia. From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Davies served as the Marketing Manager for Transenviro, Inc., an international supplier of wastewater treatment equipment and process design engineering in Irvine, California. Norman Gish, BA, LLB, Chairman
Norman gish

Norman Gish is an experienced Canadian and international businessman who joined Alderox in 2007. His most recent experience in Canada was as Chairman, President and CEO of Alliance Pipeline which built a large diameter, high pressure, natural gas pipeline from northern British Columbia to Chicago, including a large liquids extraction plant at the terminus of the pipeline. Earlier Mr. Gish was the President and CEO of North Canadian Oils which was involved in the exploration, development and marketing of oil and natural gas, and the cogeneration of electricity at plants in Michigan and Florida.

Internationally, at the beginning of his career Mr. Gish served as a Canadian Government Trade Commissioner in Hong Kong, and from 1994 to 1997 he was located in Beijing as Managing Director of Fracmaster China, developing a well services business for the Calgary based company. Mr. Gish is also a director of Provident Energy, SuperiorPlus and Quadrise Canada, and a director and Chairman of Railpower Technologies. Furthermore, Mr. Gish was a Director of Falconbridge, a large Canadian based mining company, until its acquisition by Xstrata in 2006.

Mr. Gish has a B.A from the University of Alberta and a L.L.B from the University of British Columbia, as well as a business diploma from the Banff School of Advanced Management. Mr. Gish enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and three children.

Nick Fagnano, Vice President, Business Development
Nick Fagnano

Nick Fagnano joined Alderox Inc. in 2002 as the Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for a variety of key operations within the company, including technical product development, corporate sales, and key accounts acquisition and management. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Fagnano has oversight responsibility for production and supply chain management and works with other senior managers to complete high profile and strategic business opportunities.

Mr. Fagnano attended the Stern School of Business at New York University and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he held leadership positions in both the active and reserve components. From his time in the Marine Corps, he gained relevant management experience that he applies to his current position at Alderox Inc. In his free time, Mr. Fagnano enjoys reading, attending church, and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Vivien Hui, B.A.Sc., Vice President, Mining Operations
Vivien Hui

Vivien Hui was appointed Vice President, Mining Operations of Alderox Inc. in 2007. While she has only been with the company for a short while, Ms. Hui has jumped in head first to her new responsibilities and put her extensive experience in the mining industry to good use. She began her career at Tech Cominco’s Highland Valley Copper mine where she worked as a Laborer. She then held the position of a Mine and Underground Equipment Engineer at the Henderson and Morenci mines, located in Colorado and Arizona. Both Morenci and Henderson are owned by Phelps Dodge, a wholly owned subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan.

Ms. Hui holds a Bachelors of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia in the department of Mining Engineering. She is an active member in the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration; Canadian Institute of Mining; Women in Mining; and Extractive Metallurgy Chapter of Denver. She enjoys spending her free time playing golf, scuba-diving, and traveling.

Jeff Kobie, Western US Manager of Mining Operations
Jeff Kobie

Mr. Kobie has over thirty-three years of mining experience at the Henderson Mine in Empire, Colorado. He has held positions in Mine Development, Production, Rail and Truck Haulage, Track Maintenance, Utility, and Mine Training. Mr. Kobie was in a Supervisor position for eleven years and retired from Henderson Mine in January 2008 as a Senior Supervisor for the Crush/Convey department in charge of Truck Haulage. Mr. Kobie currently serves as Alderox Inc.’s Western US Manager, Mining Operations. His hobbies include playing golf and wood working.

Curtis D. Neumann, Regional Manager, Mining Operations
Curtis D. Neumann

For more than 12 years, Mr. Neumann supervised blasting, loading and production crews in underground coal mines at Anschutz Coal Corp, Mid Continent Coal and Coke and the GEX Colo. Roadside Mine. Mr. Neumann also has over 20 years in the mineral title and real estate settlement services industry with specializations in marketing, underwriting, commercial construction and mineral land title analysis. Prior to joining Alderox Inc., he served as President of the Real Estate Settlement Providers Council (RESPRO) Colorado Chapter in 2004.

Mr. Neumann is an active member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration and was recognized by the U.S.Bureau of Mines for his work at the GEX Colo. Roadside Mine.

Mr. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University and has continued post graduate pursuits at Colorado State University.

He enjoys golf, fly fishing and spending time with his wife, Diane and his daughter, Devon.
