ALDEROX® Paver Blend is a modified blend of the ASA-12® formulation designed for use in asphalt trucks as a truck bed release agent and by paving crews on equipment. The product is applied via specialized spray systems and prevents the adhesion of asphalt to truck beds and equipment surfaces, thereby eliminating the need for constant cleaning. Paver Blend is unique among truck bed release agents on the market. When used with Alderox, Inc’s specialized application equipment Paver Blend provides superior results with all mix designs.

The unique formulation provides a microfilm that adheres to steel and aluminum surfaces with no “pooling” of product that is commonly found with the application of water based products. Paver Blend is formulated to be used without the addition of water and is applied to end-dumps at the rate of 1.5 ounces per vehicle. The average water-based release agent is applied at the rate of 1.5-3 gallons per truck bed. Unlike water-base3d products, PaverBlend will not evaporate during the summer months, and will not freeze during cold weather operations.

Paver Blend is recognized across the industry as providing the best release of sticky mix designs like FC-5, a rubber design used extensively through-out Florida, SMA, and polymer modified Open Grade mix designs. When Paver Blend is applied to “non-sticky” mixes our customers have reported 3-5 rounds with a single 1.5 pint application.
