The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System is a fully automated system utilizing Alderox Inc.’s exclusive microfilm technology. This innovative system will evenly spray a microfilm of our patented Alderox® ASA-12® into the truck or trailer bed.
The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System also ensures a precise coating of 1.5 pints Alderox® ASA-12® per truck bed, eliminating the possibility of safety hazards caused by leaking truck beds due to over usage. There are no overspray problems associated with the system as a result of the positioning of the misting spray heads in the truck bed.
Safety Features
- In the event that the truck leaves the designated spray area prior to the completion of a spray cycle, unique safety sensors advise the system to get out of the way once the truck is in motion. Additionally, an automated re-setting break away pivot allows the system to return to the home possession and arm itself for the next truck.
- The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System was designed to reduce driver risk associated with manually applying release agents to the truck beds from elevated heights.
- Drivers will not be required to climb a spray rack or climb up on the truck to apply the product. The driver simply presses an activation button after confirming that the truck is properly placed to get the best results. This almost eliminates the possibility of the spray head contacting the truck, the driver leaving too soon and the head getting stuck, and/ or improper application.
Time Guidelines
- The full duration of a spray cycle of a 16 foot bed is approximately 30 seconds.
Power Requirements
The Alderox® ASA-12® Automated Application System was specifically designed as a mobile system requiring 110 volt power to be brought to the unit and can be fully assembled within one day.
